Said Elkhodary is a hospitality operations and guest experience executive with over 20 years of leadership experience across hotels, conference centers, corporate dining, and senior living environments. He is the Founder and CEO of SERVIS Consulting, where he provides operational leadership, task force support, and performance improvement solutions for hospitality organizations.
Throughout his career, Said has led complex operational turnarounds, improved guest satisfaction, and stabilized teams during critical transitions. His experience includes senior leadership roles with organizations such as Aimbridge Hospitality, Elior North America, Compass Group, and Flik Hospitality Group, managing large-scale operations and delivering consistent financial and service performance.
Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, Said is known for his hands-on, operator-driven approach—combining strategic insight with practical execution to drive measurable results.
